We obtain information about you when obtain your enrolment form. The information is for insurance purposes and to make Salisbury Dance Studios aware of any health conditions.

The personal information we collect include student name, name  parent /guardian, postal address, telephone and/or mobile number and email address, as well as medical information.  An emergency contact is also included assuming you have obtained permission.

I will use your information to keep you updated with any information about the classes as well as any events. The medical information provides me insight on what to be aware of and how best to adapt the classes, if needed.

The information we collect is confidential and only we have access to it. If medical services are required, then your medical information and emergency contact will be pass on to them.
Your information will not be sold or rented to third parties, nor will your information be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive any emails/calls or texts about class or event information then you can select your choices by ticking the relevant boxes situated on the form on which we collect your information.

We do not collect sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) and all non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are stored on a password protected file. We have security and backup regularly to …… however any information transmitted normally over the Internet (email), can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

To protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under - parent/guardian's permission MUST provide us with personal information.
